The Master Data Business Analyst connects business stakeholders and technical delivery teams on a global MDM and analytics programme.
The role translates business needs into requirements, aligns local teams with global solution design, and supports delivery through testing, go-live, and steady-state operations.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze current-state processes and data; document requirements and align local needs with global product or platform design.
- Liaise with business, programme, and technical teams to explain system capabilities and processes.
- Support migration requirements, data quality checks, cutover planning, and execution.
- Coordinate SIT/UAT scripts and execution, triage issues, and support deployment and post-launch validation.
- Resolve early-life issues, document operational handover, track configuration impacts, flag risks, and share rollout lessons.
Skills and qualifications
- 5–7 years as a Business Analyst on data, MDM, or analytics-focused implementation projects.
- Life sciences or pharma industry experience is compulsory.
- Comfort working across business and technical stakeholders; practical data migration and/or SIT/UAT experience.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar Agile tools and structured delivery methods.
- Commercial, sales, or CRM environment exposure is a plus.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.
