SearchPlus HR is recruiting a Consultant in Maternal & Fetal Medicine for a prestigious private healthcare facility.
The role involves providing advanced clinical care for high-risk pregnancies, utilizing cutting-edge diagnostic tools and multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure optimal maternal and fetal outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed fetal ultrasound scanning and prenatal diagnostic procedures.
- Assess and manage complex maternal and fetal conditions in high-risk pregnancies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including obstetrics, neonatology, and genetics services.
- Offer counseling and support to patients regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and outcomes.
- Lead and contribute to ongoing clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior clinicians and support clinical governance activities.
Requirements
- Experience in advanced fetal imaging and prenatal diagnostics.
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex clinical information clearly and empathetically.
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership capabilities within multidisciplinary clinical settings.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Prior experience in private healthcare environments considered advantageous.
Requirements
- Board certification/equivalent in Maternal & Fetal Medicine.
- Expertise in advanced fetal imaging and prenatal diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and empathetic patient interaction skills.
- Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Experience in private healthcare preferred.
