Consultant, Managed Services

Platform Expertise: Strong knack for understanding how applications work and envisioning solutions on the Force.com platform.

Functional Advisory: Ability to provide "how-to" technical assistance and advise customers on product features and enhancements.

Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to seamlessly connect and translate between technical and non-technical audiences.

Documentation Mastery: Experience authoring requirements, system specifications, and application guides.

Project Management: Understanding of core project management concepts, including timeline management and LOE assessment.

Industry Knowledge: Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical experience is a significant plus.

Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree preferred; Salesforce Certification is required.
