Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams designing, developing, and implementing complex technology solutions using F5 products.
- Advise customers on problem identification, architecture, solution design, customization, implementation, testing, client training, deployment, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Select methods and adapt complex techniques for technical solutions and advisory services.
- Determine procedures for new assignments and contribute to complex work with limited supervision.
- Build customer relationships through effective communication and successful solution delivery.
- Collaborate with consulting leaders to define and communicate the strategic vision and roadmap for Professional Services engagements.
- Provide subject-matter expertise, insights on industry trends, and best-practice guidance.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants and foster excellence and innovation.
Role attributes and qualifications
- Advanced expertise and considerable latitude to determine objectives and develop solutions for complex assignments under limited supervision.
- Deep technical knowledge of F5 products and technologies and expansive knowledge of product-related technical tools and concepts.
- Ability to select and improve tools and processes for efficient, productive client engagements.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to clients and internal colleagues and direct action through interaction.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
