Consultant Gynecologist - Abu Dhabi

• We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced **Consultant Gynecologist** to join a leading healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• The successful candidate will provide comprehensive women’s healthcare services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of gynecological conditions while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
• **Key Responsibilities*** Provide comprehensive gynecological consultations, assessments, and treatment plans.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of gynecological conditions, including:
• + Menstrual disorders
• + Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)
• + Endometriosis
• + Fibroids
• + Ovarian cysts
• + Pelvic pain
• + Infertility-related gynecological concerns
• + Menopausal health issues
• + Gynecological infections and hormonal disorders
• Perform gynecological procedures and surgeries, including:
• + Hysterectomy
• + Laparoscopic gynecological procedures (where applicable)
• + Hysteroscopy
• + Colposcopy
• + Management of benign gynecological conditions
• Provide preventive women’s health services, screening, and health education.
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative care for gynecological patients.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, fertility specialists, radiologists, oncologists, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with DOH standards, clinical governance, and patient safety policies.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, CME activities, and departmental meetings.
• Mentor junior doctors and contribute to clinical service development where applicable.

Requirements

• **Qualifications & Requirements*** MBBS/MD or equivalent medical qualification.
• Board Certification / Fellowship / recognized postgraduate qualification in **Obstetrics & Gynecology**.
• Minimum **5–10 years of post-specialization experience** at Consultant level.
• Eligibility for or possession of a **Department of Health (DOH) – Abu Dhabi** Consultant license.
• Strong expertise in general gynecology, minimally invasive procedures, and women’s health management.
• Excellent communication, clinical decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• **Preferred Candidate Profile*** Experience working in internationally accredited hospitals or women’s health centers.
• Expertise in laparoscopic surgery, advanced hysteroscopy, or reproductive gynecology is an advantage.
• UAE or GCC experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong focus on patient satisfaction and clinical excellence.
