Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Consultant in General Pediatrics to join a leading healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive pediatric care, lead clinical services, and contribute to service development within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and management of pediatric patients from birth to adolescence.
- Lead inpatient and outpatient pediatric services.
- Supervise and mentor junior doctors and medical staff.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, international best practices, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in on-call rotation as required.
Requirements
- Medical degree with completion of accredited residency in Pediatrics.
- Board Certification (Tier 1 preferred: UK CCT/US Board/European Board/Arab Board or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 5 years experience as a Consultant in Pediatrics.
- DOH (Department of Health Abu Dhabi) license or eligibility.
- Excellent clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
