A Dubai hospital seeks a consultant interventional radiologist for its imaging and interventional team.
Perform minimally invasive, image-guided procedures across oncology, vascular medicine, and emergency care.
Key responsibilities
- Perform angioplasty, stenting, embolization, biopsies, and drainage procedures.
- Interpret CT, MRI, and ultrasound studies to guide procedures and diagnose conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on patient-centered treatment plans.
- Follow UAE healthcare regulations and hospital protocols.
- Mentor junior radiologists and support clinical education and training.
- Participate in quality improvement and clinical research.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient safety standards.
Qualifications and requirements
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Radiology board certification and an interventional radiology fellowship.
- At least five years of post-fellowship experience in interventional procedures.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Western-trained credentials, such as UK CCT, American Board, or equivalent.
- DHA license or eligibility to practice in Dubai.
- Strong diagnostic, procedural, communication, and leadership skills.
Compensation
- Competitive tax-free salary of AED 80,000–90,000 per month.
