  • Assist and support the Lead Consultant in preparing technical reports and performing preliminary calculations related to HSE and Risk Management studies.
  • Support the development of quantitative and qualitative risk assessments, including Consequence Modelling, Fire Risk Assessments (FRA), Flare Radiation Studies, Vent Dispersion Analysis, and Fire & Gas Detection / Fire Protection System Design.
  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting technical data required for safety and risk studies.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals under the guidance of the Lead Consultant.
  • Act as workshop scribe and provide documentation support for HAZID, ENVID, OHID, SIMOPS, PHSER, SIL, ALARP, and other risk assessment workshops.
  • Compile workshop minutes, action logs, and final reports ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to obtain inputs required for HSE studies.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable international standards, industry best practices, and client requirements.
  • Support project execution activities and contribute to continuous improvement of HSE consulting processes.
  • Maintain project documentation, records, and study deliverables in accordance with company quality procedures.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 0–3 years of experience in HSE, Process Safety, Risk Assessment, or Engineering Consultancy.
  • Basic knowledge of HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, SIL, Fire & Gas Detection Systems, and Consequence Modelling.
  • Familiarity with risk assessment software such as PHAST, SAFETI, FLARESIM, or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Strong technical report writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
