- Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient care standards in the endocrinology department.
- Mentor and supervise junior doctors and medical students, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development in the field of endocrinology.
- Engage in research projects to contribute to the advancement of endocrinology, with opportunities to publish findings in reputable medical journals.
- Provide on-call support for endocrine emergencies, ensuring timely intervention and management of acute conditions.
