Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, finance, commerce, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience, preferred
- 4 to 8 years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, pricing, contract management, profitability analysis, business intelligence, or a related function, preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with demonstrated experience transforming large datasets into clear business insights, forecasts, recommendations, dashboards, reports, and analytical models
- Proficiency in SQL, Google BigQuery, Microsoft Excel, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Understanding of pricing, contract management, profitability analysis, commercial operations, and risk management
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant concepts, principles, and technical capabilities, with the ability to work independently on varied tasks and complex, large-scope projects under general guidance
- Solution-oriented and collaborative approach, with the ability to develop innovative technical solutions to difficult problems that align with organizational objectives
- Experience with predictive analytics, forecasting, data modeling, exception monitoring, commercial controls, and governance is considered an asset
- Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise business systems is considered an asset
- Experience in healthcare, medical distribution, healthcare services, or another regulated industry is considered an asset
