About The Role

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its adult cardiac surgery, valve,

coronary and advanced perioperative cardiac care and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Cardiac Surgeon to join

its growing clinical team.

The role is designed for internationally trained clinicians seeking career advancement,

strong clinical exposure, and the ability to practice within a modern, quality-driven healthcare environment serving a

diverse international patient population.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates who can combine advanced

clinical expertise with patient-centred communication, multidisciplinary teamwork, and commitment to international

healthcare standards.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by

experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage patients requiring adult cardiac surgical intervention
  • Perform coronary, valve, aortic or other cardiac procedures according to expertise and facility privileges
  • Lead perioperative planning with cardiology, cardiac anaesthesia, perfusion, ICU and rehabilitation teams
  • Participate in heart team meetings, risk assessment, consent and outcome review
  • Manage postoperative recovery, complications, follow-up and long-term care coordination
  • Support quality, infection control, surgical registry, audit and patient safety programs

Requirements

Qualifications Such As

  • American Board of Thoracic Surgery

• UK CCT And FRCS Cardiothoracic Surgery

  • European Board / national cardiothoracic specialist certification

• Royal College Certification (Canada)

  • Australian FRACS
  • Arab Board
  • MCh / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognised specialist qualification
