Industry: Insurance, AML Consulting
- Type: Contract - until 2027 (would need to have a short notice period or be immediately available):
- Strong familiarity with regulatory filings and reporting, as well as experience liaising with entities such as CBUAE, DOH, DHA, ADX and SCA (CMA), along with a solid understanding of corporate governance within the insurance sector.
- Assist in the timely review of AML, CTF and Sanctions related exception reports generated by the system, with appropriate escalation of significant items.
- Assist in the periodic review and update of policies, procedures, and process documents to ensure alignment with regulatory guidance and industry best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of assessment reports (audits) covering the AML, CFT, and Targeted Financial Sanctions (TFS) regulatory framework and applicable guidelines.
- Support in raising regulatory queries on behalf of other departments when needed.
- Support in ensuring timely submission of all regulatory disclosures.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the Regulations Log.
- Support the implementation of new and existing laws and regulations.
- Conduct sample checks on regulatory requirements.
