Position Overview
SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a skilled Consultant in Acute Medicine to join a leading healthcare provider.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive assessment and management of patients with acute medical conditions, delivering high-quality care within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat patients presenting with acute illnesses.
- Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams.
- Lead clinical decision-making and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and trainees.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in clinical audits, research, and continuous professional development.
Requirements
- Medical degree with specialty training in Acute Medicine.
- Relevant board certification or equivalent qualifications.
- Proven experience in acute medical care and management.
- Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality improvement.
