Full-time, on-site Media Consultancy Manager role based in the Dubai office.
Responsibilities
- Lead assigned client accounts and act as the primary strategic partner.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the team to support performance and continuous development.
- Review media and digital campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop media and digital strategies, planning, optimization, and performance improvements.
- Build strong client and internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Keep current on the market, media landscape, trends, and digital planning and buying tools and platforms.
- Apply sound judgment to execute responsibilities and achieve defined KPIs.
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 4 years of related media planning and digital experience with a leading media or digital agency.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills.
- Proven media-industry knowledge and hands-on campaign management and optimization experience.
- Team-oriented, attentive to detail, and accountable.
