Role Summary
Due to a strong project pipeline, we are urgently hiring **30+ Construction Workers** to join our team in Dubai on an immediate basis.
The successful candidates will support a range of civil, pipeline, and general construction activities on active project sites, working under the direction of site supervisors and engineers to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the required standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general construction, civil, and site labour tasks as directed by the site supervisor.
- Assist with excavation, backfilling, concreting, shuttering, and related civil works.
- Support pipeline laying, installation, and maintenance activities.
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment around the site safely.
- Operate basic hand and power tools in line with safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hazard-free work area at all times.
- Follow all HSE policies, procedures, and site safety instructions without exception.
- Report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment faults to the supervisor promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or civil works in the UAE is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour in outdoor site conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and overtime when required.
- Basic understanding of site safety practices; HSE awareness is an advantage.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Candidates available to join immediately will be given preference.
