Construction Technician II

The Construction Tech II performs a wide range of skilled construction task including, but not limited to: heavy construction activities, demolition of existing construction, laying out and constructing walls, installing doors, flooring, ceilings, and cabinetry.

Also fabricates and installs solid surface materials as required.

• High school or equivalent

• 5 years

• Driver License's, clear driving record

• Hand and power tools
• Cabinets, build and repair
• Solid Surface Build and repair
• May be exposed to extremes of heat and cold in all weather conditions
• Works in precarious or high locations (ladders, scaffolding, etc.)
• Handles emergency or crisis situations
• May be exposed to infectious and contagious diseases
