Role Overview
• 5+ years supervision experience
• Project scope, schedule and cost management- including estimating
• Plans and drawing development and implementation
• Self-motivated
• Travel necessary
• Contractor management
• Safety compliance and leadership
• Minor survey instrument and grading experience
• Equipment operator experience and preventative daily maintenance experience
• Building trades management and work execution
• Excellent motivation toward jobsite housekeeping and workmanship
• Experience with using Excel and Word
• Land management and forestry experience
