Job description
Position : Construction Supervisor -Site (Oil & Gas)
Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision
- Oversee day-to-day operations at the construction site.
- Ensure all activities comply with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Monitor and manage labor performance and productivity.
- Workforce Management:
- Distribute tasks among workers based on their skills and trade expertise.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to laborers as needed.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts on-site.
- Ability to understand blueprint.
- Knowledge about drawings
- Experience in Oil & Gas industry.
- Able to communicate with site engineers.
Requirement
- Candidate with UAE Driving License is preferred
- Experience in Oil and Gas, Construction is required
- Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
