Support and coordinate daily construction activities so work progresses according to project plans, schedules, and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily site construction activities.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to support smooth site operations.
- Monitor project progress, work quality, and construction schedules.
- Identify site issues and assist in resolving construction-related challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements and project specifications.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates and candidates with limited experience are welcome.
- A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Able to work on-site and collaborate effectively with the project team.
