Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for a Construction Project Manager. The role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects to ensure they meet quality, timeline, and budget targets. Responsibilities include coordinating project activities, managing budgets and resources, addressing challenges, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Construction Project Management and General Project Management
- Strong skills in Project Coordination and Construction Management
- Demonstrated expertise in Budgeting and financial oversight for construction projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of construction codes, standards, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the GCC region and multilingual abilities are a plus
