CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Coordinate the remodeling and construction process at new or existing locations

Travel to conduct site visits and monitor project schedules

Develop, analyze and review project budget

Analyze project bids and negotiate pricing; prepare construction documents and provide recommendations

Order and coordinate installation of fixtures, furniture, and flooring

Coordinate building repair and maintenance projects

Develop effective relationships and communication with contractors

Identify and implement solutions to quickly solve project issues

Be available to work on-site in Davenport, IA. This position involves frequent travel
