Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess CCM manufacturing and warehouse facilities to identify infrastructure, maintenance, and operational needs
  • Develop short- and long-term facility improvement plans, including scope, cost estimates, schedules, resources, and funding requirements
  • Lead major maintenance and capital projects using established project-management practices
  • Prepare capital funding requests and support business-case development
  • Coordinate internal teams, contractors, architects, engineering consultants, vendors, and government agencies
  • Support building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, piping, communications, security, and fire protection
  • Ensure projects align with applicable building codes, OSHA, EPA, NPDES, FM Global, NFPA, and local requirements
  • Track project budgets, schedules, documentation, and closeout activities

Qualifications

  • BS preferred in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, facilities, or a related technical environment
  • Strong construction and project-management experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while driving initiatives through completion
