Role Overview
MIMCO Arabia is the main contractor for a large-scale palace construction project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Project Manager leads the project from mobilization to handover and reports to the Project Director.
Responsibilities
- Manage scope, schedule, cost and quality for the full project.
- Prepare and update the project programme, budget and cash flow.
- Coordinate with the client, consultant, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Lead the site team, including engineers, foremen and document control.
- Control variations, claims and change orders.
- Enforce HSE and quality requirements on site.
- Run weekly progress meetings and issue monthly reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- At least 10 years in construction, including 5 years as Project Manager, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project and FIDIC contracts.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Experience on high-end or luxury building projects is an advantage.
- Fluent English. Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid Saudi iqama.
