Role Overview
The company is recruiting a Construction Project Manager for its UAE operations.
The role manages complex construction repair and restoration projects that improve the strength and durability of structures across the UAE and GCC.
Responsibilities
- Manage self-performed complex repair and restoration projects.
- Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions, and coordinate with internal contracts teams.
- Develop and manage schedules with field leadership.
- Manage project profit and loss, financial projections, risk, and loss exposure.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise project staff and subcontractors.
- Support bid reviews and proposal development with Estimators and Sales teams.
- Build customer relationships and maintain safety and quality control.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication and technical writing.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Five to twelve years of relevant commercial construction or restoration experience.
- Arabic language ability is preferred.
- Experience managing construction projects and projects involving structural concrete repair, waterproofing, façade repair, or historic restoration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management and forecasting tools.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, teamwork, and multi-project delivery skills.
- Ability to travel within the GCC.
