Construction Project Business Intelligence Analyst (Mult. Pos.) - Job# 0802

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relational databases, data models, and data warehouses using SQL.
• Design and implement ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Create automated dashboards, visualizations, and KPI reports using Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView to analyze schedule variance, cost performance, resource utilization, safety metrics, and quality indicators.
• Perform quantitative data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and operational risks.
• Apply statistical modeling and forecasting techniques to project construction timelines and budget outcomes.
• Define technical data requirements and system specifications.
• Document data architecture, reporting methodologies, and governance standards. Implement data validation, access controls, and compliance procedures to ensure data security and regulatory adherence.

Education and Work Experience

Technical Skills

• Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: SQL for data extraction and analysis; Developing dashboards and reports using one of the following: Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView; Implementing ETL processes and data warehousing concepts; Performing statistical analysis and forecasting; and ERP/project management systems including one of the following: SAP, Oracle, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project.

• Implementing ETL processes and data warehousing concepts;
• Performing statistical analysis and forecasting; and

Physical Requirements

• Candidates must be willing and able to work on-site at our Phoenix Arizona facility.
• Standard Work Hours: 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
