Construction Methods Manager / Methods Engineer (Civil Infrastructure Projects)

Opportunity

Qualifications and experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Methods Manager candidates require 18 or more years of civil infrastructure project experience.
• Methods Engineer candidates require 10 or more years in construction methodology and project execution.
• Strong expertise is required in construction methodologies, temporary works, constructability reviews, heavy lifting, and project planning.
• Hands-on experience is required across highways, bridges, rail/metro, marine works, airports, earthworks, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency is required in Primavera P6, AutoCAD/Civil 3D, BIM, and risk assessment.

Preferred background

• Experience with leading EPC or infrastructure contractors or similar organizations is preferred.
• A proven record delivering complex civil infrastructure projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply construction methodology and support construction execution for major civil infrastructure projects.
• Address temporary works, constructability reviews, heavy lifting, and project planning for infrastructure works.
• Contribute methods expertise to projects involving highways, bridges, rail/metro, marine works, airports, earthworks, and large-scale infrastructure.
