About the Role

• We're looking for an experienced Construction Manager (Saudi National) to join our organization in Riyadh.
• As a Construction Manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and local building codes.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to operational excellence in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Plan, organize, and oversee all construction activities on assigned projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost control measures to optimize resource allocation
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and monitor progress against established milestones
• Supervise on-site operations, conduct regular inspections, and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
• Lead and mentor construction teams, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting professional development
• Identify and mitigate project risks, develop contingency plans, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian building codes, regulations, and local construction requirements
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, clients, and government authorities to address concerns and facilitate project success
• Analyze project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• What do we need from you
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in construction management or site management on large-scale projects
• Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, and budget management
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian building codes, regulations, and local construction practices
• Demonstrated proficiency with project management software, CAD applications, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic
• Comprehensive understanding of construction safety standards and risk management protocols
• Familiarity with Vision 2030 initiatives and sustainable construction practices (preferred)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (preferred)
• OSHA or equivalent safety certification (preferred)
• Saudi National status (required)
