Construction Manager
About This Role
House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm based in Saudi Arabia. We provide integrated architectural, engineering, planning, and consultancy services, offering a “one-stop solution” to support our clients across the full project lifecycle. Our portfolio spans residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare sectors.
We are currently looking for a highly qualified Construction Manager to join our team at Alula.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, codes, and safety standards
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure quality control and timely delivery of all project milestones
- Supervise, mentor, and manage site teams and contractors
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction management
- Fluency in Arabic and strong proficiency in English
- Extensive experience managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, codes, and industry standards in Saudi Arabia
- Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
