Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Manager with expertise in Secant Pile to oversee the execution of piling, shoring, and ground engineering projects across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring safety and quality compliance, optimizing resources, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day construction activities for piling, shoring, and deep foundation projects.
- Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
- Ensure safe execution of works in compliance with company HSE standards and local regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities regarding project execution and approvals.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and progress against project milestones.
- Review method statements, ITPs, shop drawings, and construction procedures.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Control project costs and resource utilization to achieve budget targets.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Ensure proper documentation, records, and handover procedures.
- Support tendering and pre-construction teams with technical input when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering.
- Minimum 8–10 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years managing piling and shoring projects.
- Strong experience in Bored Piles, CFA Piles, Secant Piles, Diaphragm Walls, Anchors, Soil Improvement, and Shoring Systems.
- Proven experience delivering projects in the UAE and/or Saudi Arabia.
- Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
- Knowledge of local authority requirements, construction regulations, and HSE standards.
- UAE or KSA Driving License preferred.
- PMP®, NEBOSH, or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
