Role Overvie
wThe MEP Construction Manager will lead the planning, coordination, installation, testing and commissioning of all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems throughout the project lifecycle.
The role is critical to ensuring systems are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards and commissioning requirements

Key Responsibiliti
- esManage all MEP construction activities from pre-construction through commissioning and handove
- r.Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing and specialist subcontractor
- s.Review design documentation and identify constructability issue
- s.Monitor installation progress against programme milestone
- s.Lead MEP coordination meetings and interface management with CSA team
- s.Manage RFIs, technical queries and design change
- s.Ensure all MEP installations comply with project specifications and statutory requirement
- s.Oversee testing, commissioning and integrated systems validatio
- n.Monitor quality, safety and productivity on sit
- e.Provide progress reporting to senior management and client stakeholder
- s.Support procurement planning and material delivery schedule
- s.Drive successful project completion and operational handove

Candidate Requireme
- ntsDegree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management or equivale
- nt.10–15+ years' experience managing large-scale MEP packag
- es.Strong background in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial or Mission Critical projec
- ts.Experience managing commissioning and handover process
- es.Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection and plumbing syste
- ms.Proven subcontractor and stakeholder management skil
- ls.Excellent planning, coordination and reporting capabilit
