About The Group
This group specialize in delivering new build projects up to $80 mil in Victoria.
They predominately deliver projects for government and private schools, councils and government authorities.
They are looking for a Construction Manager that can manage half their project teams throughout the construction delivery phase.
Responsibilities
- In this position you will report to the Directors of the company and be responsible for
- Managing budgets and forecasts of project teams
- Managing construction programs
- Prepare and present monthly construction reports to the owners
- Assist with bid management around construction methodology and value management.
- Assisting project teams with client and consultant management
- Overseeing management of systems - EH&S, Quality, other company procedures
- Resource Management of project delivery teams
About You
You will ideally have a strong background in new build commercial projects in the delivery phase and ideally have worked on institutional projects. .
It is essential you have the ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes for the company
