Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee ground improvement construction activities in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and specialists to ensure efficient execution of works.
- Coordinate with engineering, planning, QA/QC, HSE, and procurement teams.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
- Review and implement method statements, risk assessments, and construction procedures.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as required.
- Prepare and submit regular progress and performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in ground improvement, geotechnical, or heavy civil construction projects.
- Hands-on experience with vibro compaction, stone columns, deep soil mixing, dynamic compaction, or similar ground improvement methods.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
