Job Description
World Legend Contracting L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team for a high-rise tower project in Business Bay, Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with the approved specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all site construction activities from planning through project completion
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
- Monitor project schedules, manpower, productivity, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Review construction progress and implement corrective actions where required
- Manage site logistics, construction sequencing, and coordination between different disciplines
- Identify and resolve technical, operational, and site-related challenges
- Conduct project meetings and prepare progress reports for management
- Ensure successful achievement of project milestones and handover requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of construction experience
- Proven experience managing high-rise building projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and project execution
- Experience in coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and authorities
- Ability to manage multiple teams and project activities effectively
- UAE construction experience is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in projects exceeding AED 100 Million in value
- Strong knowledge of project planning, quality control, and construction management practices
