Overview
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager
to lead and oversee construction projects in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day construction site operations.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Identify and resolve project issues while minimizing delays.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare progress reports and provide regular project updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 8–15 years of construction management experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Proven experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and contract management.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
- Immediate availability is a plus.
