Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ Years in Distributed Antenna System (DAS) or cellular phone tower industry.
- Experience leading small teams.
- Project financial management experience.
- Hold safety in high regard while maintaining a high level of quality craftsmanship exceeding customer expectations.
- Willingness to help educate and train team members.
- Experience running large, complex projects.
- Proficient computer skills and strong communications skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license.
- As a full-time Construction Manager, you would also be eligible for an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, life insurance, short and long-term disability, a 401(k) plan, and paid personal time (PTO).
