Job Description
Spazio Design and Build International LLC is seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Manager (Fit-Out)
to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all site operations for interior fit-out projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the required quality standards.
The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution from planning through completion and handover.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience as a Construction Manager in Interior Design (ID) Fit-Out projects
- .
- Proven experience in managing fit-out projects from planning stage through completion and handover.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works including joinery, civil works, MEP coordination, finishes, and site execution.
- Ability to manage contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, quality control, site coordination, and construction procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Good knowledge of UAE construction standards, HSE requirements, and authority regulations.
