Construction Manager

• to oversee construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved.
• The ideal candidate will manage project teams, contractors, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives.
• 🚀 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement construction project plans aligned with business objectives and client requirements
• Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and project closeout
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and cost control activities
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery
• Monitor construction quality, site safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to engineering specifications
• Conduct site inspections, progress reviews, and risk assessments to identify and resolve project issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, health and safety regulations, contractual obligations, and company policies
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, design, finance, and operations teams to support successful project execution
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, forecasts, and recommendations for senior leadership
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance construction efficiency, quality, and project performance
• ✅ Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, LEED, OSHA, or equivalent are advantageous
• 7+ years of experience in construction management, project management, civil engineering, or related roles
• 3+ years of experience managing commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure construction projects preferred
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project planning, contract administration, budgeting, and cost management
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations, quality management systems, and applicable building codes
• Experience with project management software, scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project), and construction management platforms
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple construction projects and priorities effectively
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating project teams and site operations
