About This Role
Job Responsibilities
- Assist masons, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other skilled workers as required
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment
- Prepare and clean construction sites before and after work
- Follow instructions from supervisors and site engineers
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely
- Assist in mixing materials such as concrete, mortar, and plaster
- Maintain safety standards and use protective equipment at all times
- Help in moving, lifting, and positioning materials
Requirements
- Previous construction or labor experience is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
- Basic understanding of construction site practices
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions
