Supervise daily site activities, coordinate workers, and ensure construction is safe, efficient, and aligned with project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities and workers.
- Allocate tasks and monitor worker performance.
- Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and other teams.
- Monitor workmanship quality and safety compliance; maintain workforce discipline and productivity.
- Check materials, tools, and equipment; report progress, issues, and delays.
- Ensure proper material use, minimize waste, and follow safety policies and UAE regulations.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a Construction Foreman in the UAE.
- Knowledge of construction site activities, workforce supervision, and construction drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills; ability to manage workers and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of site safety procedures and construction standards.
- A UAE driving licence is advantageous; candidates able to join immediately are preferred.
Pay
- AED 2,500–4,500 per month.
