- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and site staff.
- Ensure work is completed according to project drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
- Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently to achieve project targets.
- Monitor site productivity and report progress to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and site procedures.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings for workers.
- Inspect work quality and identify any defects or non-conformities for corrective action.
- Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
- Maintain records of manpower attendance, work progress, and material usage.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and construction equipment.
- Assist in planning work schedules and meeting project deadlines.
- Report accidents, incidents, delays, and site concerns to management promptly.
- Verify that materials delivered to the site meet project requirements.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
