Overview

Wadi Al Sultana Contracting is seeking a highly experienced Construction Foreman with strong expertise in carpentry and shuttering works.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site operations, ensuring high-quality execution of formwork and structural activities, and leading site teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and within deadlines.

Skills

Strong expertise in carpentry and shuttering/formwork systems
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and layouts
Excellent leadership and team supervision skills
Good planning and site coordination abilities
Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment
Strong understanding of health & safety regulations on site
Ability to manage manpower and meet project deadlines
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills (basic English required)
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Time management and organizational skills
Experience in UAE construction standards and practices (preferred)
