Role overview
Supervise daily construction and interior fit-out site activities, coordinating workers and subcontractors.
Ensure work meets project drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and schedules.
Responsibilities
- Supervise site activities and assign tasks to workers and other site personnel.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements; monitor progress and deadlines.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Check workmanship, monitor materials and equipment, and minimize waste.
- Maintain safety compliance, identify and report issues, and coordinate solutions.
- Maintain site records and keep work areas organized and safe.
- Inspect completed work and assist with snagging, rectification, and handover.
Qualifications and requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant construction or interior fit-out experience.
- UAE or Dubai construction-site experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, tools, and site procedures; able to read construction drawings and technical details.
- Strong team management, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to manage tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of UAE construction site safety requirements.
- Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- A UAE driving licence is an advantage.
Preferred fit-out experience
- Experience with partitions, gypsum ceilings, flooring, painting, carpentry, joinery, and finishing works is an advantage.
Working conditions
- Full-time, site-based position in Dubai, UAE, with work at different project locations as required.
- Working hours and overtime follow company policy and applicable UAE labour law.
Pay
- The description states AED 2,000–3,000 per week; the structured salary field states AED 2,000 per month.
