Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Construction Director to join our site team on the Diriyah Boulevard & Public Realm Project .

This landmark project forms part of Diriyah Gate Phase 2 and includes a series of iconic and neighborhood parks, open spaces, public realm areas, and more than 55 kilometers of streetscape works.

The objective of this project is to create a vibrant, inclusive environment that enhances livability, accessibility, and community well-being.

What You Ll Be Doing

  • Lead, manage, and oversee all construction activities for the Diriyah Boulevard & Public Realm Project.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the site construction teams and supervision staff.
  • Ensure construction works are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate with client, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical and construction issues.
  • Review and approve construction plans, method statements, and work programs.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks and delays, and implement corrective actions as required.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
  • Oversee contract administration in coordination with commercial and contracts teams.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports, dashboards, and key metrics to senior management and the client.
  • Support change management, claims avoidance/mitigation, and dispute resolution.
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting a collaborative and high performance work culture.
