Construction Associate Director

This position requires local support, with approximately 4-5 days on-site support in Dallas,TX, subject to client needs.

Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).

10+ years of project/program management experience with complex developments.

Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams and multiple large projects.

Strong financial, strategic, and resource management skills.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.

Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project/Primavera P6, Adobe Acrobat, and project management platforms (Procore or equivalent).

Lead and oversee complex, high-value luxury single-family residential projects from inception to completion.

Provide strategic direction and mentorship to project teams.

Act as primary client liaison, managing executive-level relationships.

Drive financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, and reporting.

Manage risk, compliance, quality, and contractual obligations.

Shape project strategy, planning, procurement, and value engineering.

Review and approve key project documentation and contracts.

Lead negotiation and resolution of disputes and changes.

Champion team development and training.

Support business development and growth initiatives.

$140,000 - $185,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
