Experience

  • 7-9 years of relevant CRM/CPQ technical & architecture experience
  • Mandatory/requires Skills:
  • CPQ Expertise:
  • · Strong hands-on experience with Conga CPQ on Conga Advantage / Revenue Lifecycle Platform or equivalent enterprise Conga CPQ implementation.
  • · Practical understanding of Configure-Price-Quote and Quote-to-Order processes, including complex products, bundles, attributes, pricing, discounts and approvals.
  • · Solid CRM Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales knowledge, especially account, contact, opportunity, product, price list, quote and activity data models.
  • · Integration experience using REST APIs, webhooks/events or middleware; ability to diagnose mapping, authentication, synchronization and performance issues.
  • · Ability to create scalable technical designs and translate business requirements into configuration, customization and integration work packages.
  • · Experience with automated testing, defect resolution, UAT support, release readiness and production stabilization.
  • · Experience working in agile, international and cross-functional teams.
  • Educational qualification:
  • B.Tech/MCA
