Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Conference Producer at.
The Conference Producer will research and develop high-quality conference agendas by identifying key themes, trends, and challenges in the international schools sector.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, building relationships with senior education leaders, securing and coordinating speakers, and writing compelling program content and marketing copy.
The role also involves overseeing event timelines, collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and sales teams to ensure successful delivery, and using feedback and performance data to refine future events.
The Conference Producer will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute ideas to enhance audience engagement and conference formats.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in conference production, including agenda development and program design for professional audiences.
- Strong market research skills to identify trends, stakeholder needs, and commercially viable topics.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clear, engaging content and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in speaker acquisition, including identifying, approaching, and managing relationships with high-level speakers and moderators.
- Event management abilities, including coordinating timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting delivery of virtual or in-person events.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while working remotely.
- Comfort using digital tools and platforms for virtual events, CRM, and collaboration (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Asana, or similar).
- Experience or strong interest in international education, CPD, or the schools sector is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in events, education, communications, or a related field.
