Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Agriculture, Operations Management and/or Business.
- 3+ years’ demonstrated supervisory experience in lieu of degree and previous poultry experience preferred.
- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) knowledge and experience.
- USDA regulations on sanitation and pre-operations guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
