We are currently hiring for the position of
Concrete Sales Manager
.
We are looking for a highly driven sales professional with solid experience in the
concrete / construction materials industry
, preferably with a strong background in
ready-mix, precast, or concrete solutions sales
.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers, and identifying new business opportunities across ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales activities for concrete products and solutions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with contractors, consultants, and project owners
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the construction and real estate sectors
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and project pipelines
- Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management within the concrete / construction materials industry
- Strong network within contractors, developers, and consultants
- Excellent negotiation and client management skills
- Ability to lead business development initiatives and achieve targets
- Strong understanding of the local market and project sales cycle
