Job Opportunity: Concrete Plant Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Concrete Plant Manager** to join our team at **Future Horizons Construction Industries**, a subsidiary of **Future Horizons Holding Group**.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the concrete plant to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Manage plant staff, including scheduling, supervision, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies
- Monitor production processes and optimize resource utilization
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams
- Maintain equipment and ensure timely maintenance and repairs
Requirements
- Minimum **4–5 years of experience** in managing a concrete plant or similar industrial facility
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of concrete production processes and quality control standards
- Familiarity with safety regulations and operational best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred)
Salary & Benefits
- Salary range: **SAR 6,000 – 10,000** (to be determined after the interview)
- Additional benefits as per company policy
