Job Responsibilities
- Perform fresh and hardened concrete tests in accordance with approved standards.
- Conduct slump, temperature, air content, and compressive strength tests.
- Prepare, label, and cure concrete test specimens.
- Record and maintain accurate test results and laboratory reports.
- Monitor concrete quality and report any non-conformities.
- Ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Follow all quality control procedures and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate with batching plant operators and quality control engineers.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a concrete laboratory or ready-mix concrete industry.
- Knowledge of concrete testing standards and quality control procedures.
- Ability to prepare laboratory reports and maintain records.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
